Each pistol follows the VX-14 formula: a CNC aluminium slide and frame married to a Hi-Capa double-stack lower that houses a 23-round magazine. By combining the classic 1911 slide profile and trigger guard with a wider double-stack chassis you get the best of both worlds — the aesthetic and holster compatibility of a 1911 plus the increased round count, gas capacity and stabilised pressure of a Hi-Capa.
